Curt Memorial Ride:  In two weeks (6/13 & 6/14) is the Curt Gonstead memorial ride.  Details and a flyer have been posted to the Scrambler website.  Click HERE to view the flyer.  The ride starts at "Windsong" (Curt's home) with an overnight stay in Mineral Point.  Marleen would like to know how many people to expect at the house and how many will be viewing Curt's museum.  Marleen doesn't have email, so please RSVP to Kathy Young. Virgin Voyage:  I'd like to thank Wade for putting on a excellent Virgin Voyage at the beginning of the month.  We had a great turnout (around 25 bikes). The weather turned out to be perfect, although depending on your route and timing on the way home, some got drenched by a late storm.  Wade's route was a very nice ride.  We finished with a late lunch at Fox & Hounds which is near Holy Hill in the Kettle Moraine Valley.

Late July - Oregon Trail:  I sent a separate email for Adam's Oregon Trail ride this summer.  This should be a great trip.  If you're interested, please contact Adam ASAP by email at raswg@comcast.net. 

Eilen Coursey - Wayne would like to thank everyone for all the support during Eileen's ordeal.  He reports that Eileen has been home on Central Ave since April 10th.  She is doing well at home.  He says that she is a different person with her Dimentia.  She sleeps a lot, but that may be due to the 16 pills that she has to take daily.  If you're coming to Curt's ride, you'll be able to see them both as they plan on coming unless something unforeseen happens.

John Young - John entered the hospital Friday night with a gastrointestinal issue.  It sounds like they won't know what the problem is until Monday after some testing.   He's at Sherman hospital in Elgin.  You can call his room phone directly at 224-783-6103.  Try to keep any calls between 2 and 6pm.

We want you! - The next board meeting will be this coming week.  We still need a couple of volunteers for the rest of this year's events: Pig Roast ride, Midweek Dinner ride, and the Holiday Brunch.  Please talk to Bill Milam right away if you're interested.  We'll also begin planning for next year's rides & events. If you were planning to do something, start talking with your favorite board member now.
