2023 Illinois Fox & Rocks Crusade

Most rides in north central corn field country are not that exciting. But THIS ride WILL surprise you. These roads are empty, scenic, and interesting. Sandy and I stayed here from Tuesday until Saturday. The sauna and hot tub were a blessing after a long day on the trail.
Rentals, we have found a place about 15- 20min trail ride from the hotel. Super nice folks, as a bonus, they have gear rental! (No boots though)
Their sleds were brand new as well.
